Default Ben McCulloch V les piper

mcCulloch knocked piper down in the 2nd and the 5th and stopping him in the 9th to claim the paba super middlewight title and the IBF pan pacific super middleweight title ....

first time mcclloch has stept up since his win over omar shaik but since than has fought novice's.. might be time for him to step it up a notch?

piper might might want to think about retiring...

thanks Aus. I'd be interested to watch this one at some stage to get a look at mcculloch. Piper has been the quintessential domestic gatekeeper for some time now. He may just purely enjoy fighting and not want to retire, regardless of his record. There must be a plan in place for Ben since he just fought for the if regional belt so the step up will happen.

Ben is a great talent and clearly our best prospect, However I dont beleive he is all that young so he needs to get a move on..

Congratulations to Ben McCulloch on his win. Les Piper's last fight was in a cage. Hardly the ideal preparation.

Good win for Ben. Ben is 30 or 31. He just needs to get busy another 6 rounder to finish the year then defend his titles feb or march against Awad or jnr.

He beats Awad & Junior IMO, if he didn't get injured he probably would have won the contender...

BIG right hand flush on the off button. Slight delay on Piper's lights going out, but goodnight nurse.

thing i like about mcculloch is his calm ring movement and he has a nice smooth tecnique and prob hits harder than oz super middleweight( except bika) imo with that right hand... he is a vegitarian fitness fanatic from wat i remember

He beats zac easy but junior would give him a good run for his money junior has that great over right hand that he dropped Nader with and many others I think he could catch Ben with that shot as Ben keeps his left hand way to low I mean he has gotten away with it but he is no mayweayher he has to learn that and maybe junior would pop him ..
