He won't finish CC. He'll probably dominate and look like GSP of old for the first 2 1/2 rounds. After that I think he'll gas. Really is gutsy to come straight back and fight the best without a tune up.

Condit can handle himself standing and if GSP takes it to the ground I dont' expect a huge amount of fight stopping attempts by GSP as Condit has a very active guard.

CC would be a tough fight even before the injury. GSP hasn't fought in about a 1 1/2. He is coming back and facing the #1 contender right off the bat.
I think he would have done better to have a tune up fight first, but I don't think Dana really cares about that. If GSP wins, great. If GSP loses, even BETTER because then they can hype the hell out of the rematch and get even more money. |
