Trying to remember the name of an ex pro and ex IBA Champion boxer.

I can't remember his name but he was foreign I think and ended up basing himself in the UK. He had a fairly average pro career losing nearly as many fights as what he won. After he retired he was the heavyweight champion or super heavyweight champion for the IBA for a long time but I think he's retired now. Does anyone know who I'm going on about? I think as a pro he fought at light heavyweight or cruiserweight.

Why don't you search under 'title' on boxrec to find the iba champions?

It's not James Toney. I mean the IBA as in unlicensed boxing in the uk.
