...well fellas...I remmember puttin' up a thread like this about 3 or 4 years ago..on the other forum...regarding a potential matchup between Sherro and Nader Hamden..with pretty much the same response...most blokes expecting Nader to roll him..then when the fight finally eventuated it was a near on fight of the year..
..hopefully we can see a similar result against King Sam..

Yeah that sounds about right, Sherrington waited that long till Nader was in his late 30's a prime Nader Hamdan beats Sherrington easy

Hamdan, Campus, Williams, Taylor

He is trying to call out Soliman now that he is in his late 30's

Sherro is no spring chicken and it's not like he's pulling Soliman from retirement. He just fought a won against a world rated middleweight

I think if this fight comes off it will be a battle of the fittest. Sam is rated #1 by the IBF so not a bad fight for Sherro really. With Brendan Smith in his corner, I will go with Les in a close and very fast paced fight!

Yea and after that fight Nader went on to fight Stieglitz for the Wbo title which you all seemed to think was ok

Nader got through Stieglitz with heart, he would of been more competitive with Stieglitz in his prime. The Nader Hamden who beat JWP, Sean Sullivan & Ishida would stop Sherrington inside the distance

I think Sherro could win on points against Soliman, though it would be a close fight. In saying that I don't think that Sherro would of had a chance against Soliman 2 or 3 years ago. Soliman was so awkward and fit that he gave textbook boxers fits trying to figure him out. Overall I never really rated Soliman as a great boxer, however I take my hat off to him for using the tools that he has to find ways to beat better boxers.

Sam is a tough ask I think . I have only seen les fight a few times and they were against Taylor , where he looked great but Shannon was a bit past it . I seen him fight another time on fox and he looked brilliant , got the bloke out of there in the first . I don't know I just think Sam is a tough ask being so awkward
