I think Chis is slightly overrated, he's durable but never really going to create waves in the division.

Well the fact is, Chisora beat Helenius, and you said Chisora was hurt with the only clean punch Helenius landed, watch the fight again, Chisora was caught with several clean punchers throughout the fight.

And before you say "Helenius's hands were injured so he couldn't punch as hard as he'd like to"

He injured his hand against Peter and Liakhovich, he still stopped them.

He needs to lose weight, get a little more technical, drop down a level and re-position himself for a big fight. His talk/toughness has taken him far enough.

Nah, just a shit fighter.

Until he gets himself into the 220's he's just going to be a punch bag.

When did he "nearly KO" Fury? He hurt him but, crucially, he didn't put him down or stop him. And Fury repaid the hurt several times over.

Made Vitali run round the ring? He was boxing off the backfoot, is 40 and near-shot and still handled Chisora comfortably.

He's just not very good.

He needs to knuckle down and lose some of that fat. He has no real power to speak of so needs to get quicker and more mobile.

Good fighther but not enough power for World Level.

So are we sticking with you're either a world class fighter or you're a hype job, shot to shit bum? No middle ground...

Chisora is a good fighter, he'll handle most heavyweights and maybe if he's managed properly (which he won't be) pick up an Alphabet title. I get the feeling Frank will use him as a name opponent, when he could have a decent career.

Think you'll find that the fact is Helenius beat him actually. Peter and Liahovich are both many, many years past their best.

The Helenius fight doesn't even matter really, Fury beat him soundly, Vitali dominated him and Haye smashed him all over.

As the resident Fury fan I suppose its in your interests to big up Stella...

He is a hard bastard, just doesn't have the skills to match his toughness. Still could make some money fighting.

Are we categorising the levels of good now?

Excellent - elite class
Really good - world champion
Good - World level contender
Not very good - Euro-level
Decent - Domestic level
Less than decent - Journeymen and opponents
Poor - Audley Harrison.

Chisora hasn't beaten anyone above domestic level, so how can you say he'll hang comfortably at Euro?

In fairness he beat Helenius who is a legitimate contender. That in addition to his solid domestic wins and going the distance in a world title fight sets him at European level.

Its a weird way of coming to a ranking level but needs to be done this way given the joke of match making that is now boxing.

no, if anything im saying the opposite, saying hes not very good when hes beaten helenius (euro level), won the british title, gone the distance with vitali (shot or not adamek didnt) and only lost otherwise to haye and fury who are likely above euro level or at it in the case of fury categorises him at r=euro level does it not? and to say he "just isnt very good" is crazy, for a fighter to do that, they have to be very good.

Em...

I just don't think he's very good. His best win is over Sam ***ton. He hasn't beaten anyone better than that. Helenius isn't anything special either, regardless of how you think that fight should have been scored.

Jeez, it's just my view on him. Feel free to disagree.
