Yea, my max was 190kg and out of stupidity tried 200 without really warming up, so stupid and my form was well off.

I won't be training after tomorrow till Friday now, or maybe sat!:( I may switch back to heavy and low reps again next week to freshen things a bit

Done fuck all this week apart from back/shoulders on Monday, but I've been ill since then and haven't recovered; my lats, traps and forearms still ache like fuck! Annoying.
