No he hasn't. The guy fights people like DLH, Mosley, Hatton, Marquez and dominates them but they were well past their prime.

It's not about 'ATG' it's about styles.

Floyd fight straight on basic guys. His skillset looks infallible in terms of aesthetics, but he hasn't proven himself over great technicians.

Kalambay's performance in the first fight with McCallum is far more impressive than anything Floyd has ever done.

One can make the argument that Pac has clearly beaten only one atg in his prime at the right weight class - Barrera.

Morales - out of his prime after those wars with Barrera, was also drained
