Can someone help me out with first round kayoes that were also good action fights? Two come to mind, Mancini-Frias & Meza-Garza. Can anyone think of some others?
And what about two-rounders? Jackson-Norris is the only one I can think of off the top of my mind. |

Bob Foster - Frankie DePaula for the World Lightheavyweight Championship in 1969 comes to mind immediately. Defending champion Foster visited the canvas in a flash KD, then floored the challenger three times to end it in the first round (3 KD rule). Louis-Schmeling II was an action-packed first rounder tho one-sided.
Dempsey - Firpo is hard to top for a two-rounder. Also plenty of action in Frazier-Foreman I, tho it was all one-sided. Foreman-Cooney also deserves a shout. |

No, you misread me. I appreciate the mention. It is a good action fight for a one rounder. But I still hate Nigel Benn for hitting Barkley while he was down.
