Has anyone used Krill Oil, after some feedback to see if it has helped with your overall fitness and recovery.
Also has anyone used isolate whey. i want to try it to see what difference it makes. i am trying to lose weight and build strengh. Cheers |

i take krill oil everyday i think its the megared manufacturer its 300mg , after 3 weeks i dont feel any different i think its overrated. but then it must be doing SOMETHING good inside for my body that I dont feel like keeping my joints lubricated and other things what omega 3 may help (corony heart disease) i think it says on it. hope this gives u some info

Krill Oil contains very powerful antioxidant called Astaxanthin and abundant in Choline which Fish Oils do not have. I personally use Krill Doctor Professional Brand which is 1200 mg and recommended by my doctor. So far I am very happy with results and I have been using Krill Doctor for 5 months .
