I think it's more to do with respect for a fighter. I mean he might beat him comfortably in Denmark but atleast he went over there to another man's backyard and fought him.

You said in the post before this that Ward seems to get favoritism in Oakland. Don't you think that should be a concern of Wards if he travels to Denmark? That said, I wouldn't mind seeing Ward travel a bit more, but I can't hold it against him if he doesn't.

Like I said, I don't think he owes Kess anything, but I have no objections of it not being in Oakland.

I think Ward has actually improved since the Kessler fight. I think he just went up a notch and has become a lot better. I think he improved every fight. So i think if he went to Denmark there's going to be favouritism but that's the risk any fighter takes when they go to another fighters hometown. He should beat Kessler but it doesn't always work that way in boxing. Which makes fights exciting. And makes the fans excited.

I think there's always a possibility there will be a hometown decision. Kessler went to his backyard with his belt and lost it. Ward beat him but perhaps headbutting wasn't neccessary. It happens in boxing but i think Kessler was rightly upset.

If he beat Kessler well in his backyard it would be a defining fight for him at 168.

You would have to give props to Andre Ward then.

Big fan of Kessler but if he believes this will be the same Ward who already beat Kessler, he's seriously underestimating Ward. Ward looked like the complete package against Chad. Yes Chad shouldn't have drained himself but still, Ward was putting on the hurt. Kessler is older now. Ward by TKO this time around.

Kessler has no chance in America. He is right about Ward though, ward needs to man up for once and go to Europe and fight one of these fighters.

You're naive. The Super 6 was structured in a way that completely favored Ward. He is the only man who always fought in his backyard, and he still does so. Why only Ward?
