pretty much what ive been saying.

looked good against b-class competition, against atg's in their prime at the right weight class? we dont know.

look, rjj used to cherrypick too when he became heally huge.

but when it comes down to his atg-ness, he has hopkins and toney to fall back to.

floyd doesnt. and its pretty safe to say, he wont anymore.

good salesman, weak resume. floyd legacy in a nutshell.

and yet Floyd >> Roy Jones

funny how that works

Corralles, Castillo, and Hatton were all in their prime. Just because Wicky had to fight 5 pounds heavier than he was used to - doesn't mean he was dragged out of his weight class. He's still a welterweight after all - even if only a junior welterweight. There was a time when that WAS the same weight class.

Everyone ducked Paul Williams (including Pacquiao). I don't know why people keep bringing up his name...

Probably because they weren't watching boxing at the time.

Floyd retired in 07 and nobody questioned his greatness

then he comes back and all of sudden ppl dont think his legacy is solid

what changed in 4 yrs...if anything he added icing to the cake

Sad attempt from Floyd haters
Retards keep talking about in prime hofer in prime atgs. HOF and ATG are statuses that are given at the tail end of a fighters career or end of their career. I'm really annoyed when i see stupid posts like these.

There is no such thing as a IN PRIME ATG!

It's called hindsight wisdom.

People look at names on a resume,

Look up footage on youtube,

And think they can use this as a cheatsheet to make up for the fact that they just started watching boxing 3 years ago.

The man took eight titles and he hasn't loss yet, so if all them champions who loss to him were B class then B must be the new A.

I like how these haters are coming out of the wood work using primes but its cool. This thread is about Floyd. We wont bring up any other names who are worse.
