Default An Article about FMJ and his b-class competition

[Only registered and activated users can see links. ]

pretty much what ive been saying.

looked good against b-class competition, against atg's in their prime at the right weight class? we dont know.

look, rjj used to cherrypick too when he became heally huge.

but when it comes down to his atg-ness, he has hopkins and toney to fall back to.

floyd doesnt. and its pretty safe to say, he wont anymore.

good salesman, weak resume. floyd legacy in a nutshell.

Good to know that it's pretty much what you've been saying. Wasn't sure whether the article had any credibility or not.

has floyd fought anyone resembling an atg in his prime at the right weight class?

No he hasn't. The guy fights people like DLH, Mosley, Hatton, Marquez and dominates them but they were well past their prime.

It's not about 'ATG' it's about styles.

Floyd fight straight on basic guys. His skillset looks infallible in terms of aesthetics, but he hasn't proven himself over great technicians.

Kalambay's performance in the first fight with McCallum is far more impressive than anything Floyd has ever done.

One can make the argument that Pac has clearly beaten only one atg in his prime at the right weight class - Barrera.

Morales - out of his prime after those wars with Barrera, was also drained
JMM - 1 very questionable win, 3rd fight belongs to JMM
ODLH - way out of his prime

The rest are good wins but guys like Hatton and Cotto are HOFers, not ATGs.

Overall Pac's resume is better than Floyd's but if we are to be nit picky they are comparable especially when you factor in Pac getting KOed early in his career (yes they do count if we're being picky).

You can pretty much take any ATG and look at the cup half empty. Mike Tyson fed on mostly tomato cans. ODLH lost most of his biggest fights. The examples are endless...

that is the point. pac skills were already measured against atg's in their prime or close to, and he won the majority.

also, at least ive seen tyson vs. holyfield and lewis, though i think he wasnt at his best at the time he fought them.

now, who has floyd really fought? trex lol.

Floyd ducked Paul Williams and Antonio Margarito, among others.

Why did you have to bring Pacquiao up in this thread?? You Flomos can not help yourselves.. You have to try and dis Pacquiao when protecting your IDOL.. lmfao

The fact remains Fraud Willnever has cherry picked to protect his ZERO which does not mean so much, ask any one that does not rate Calazaghes zero..
And how is Morrales not prime but Barrera is?? and JMM was way more prime in 2005 than when Fraud fought him at full ww..

Get off Frauds NUTS wanker, JMM was as fat as **** at the FULL ww Fraud made him fight at. Yes JMM should of got the decision over Pac in the 3rd fight, but he never won either of the first 2 and the draw was scored wrong..

Grow up little girl and face facts Fraud is what Fraud means FAKE
