Default Heavy bag injury, lump under knuckle

Hello everyone, ive started hitting the bag for about 30-45 minutes 4-5 times a week for about half a year now, and have developed a sharp pain in the knuckle on my middle finger on each hand. On my right hand it feels like a lump under my skin which i could move around, but nothing is visible. The knuckles are a reddish brown color most of the time. This has been going on for about a week or so. If i squeeze the sides of the knuckle with 2 fingers it hurts but pushing onto the knuckle head on does not hurt. My hands are also shaking all of the time, but this has just started. I'm only 16 by the way. My right forearm feels like its bruised underneath right in the middle of the bone closest to the thumb

Is this to be expected or should i go to a doctor? please any advice would be appreciated, and thank you everyone in advance

You should go to the doctor. Stop punching the bag immediately.

I pray there is nothing wrong with you.

When you do go back to punching the bag, you need to wrap your damn hands. Wrap them.

Don't be a dumbass.

i have been wrapping them with 180 inch elastic wraps, and i have stopped hitting the past 3 days. gonna go to the doctors soon to see if it is anything serious. hopefully just bruised and nothing that would take too long to go away
