Overhand right hook VS a Southpaw. Is it a high % shot?

Like its a high % shot for an orthodox fighter to use against another orthodox fighter, (as far as im aware) and its hard to "go with the punch" because the force is coming diagonally down. So its an effective very powerful punch especially for shorter infighters.

But what about for use against southpaws?

It's a punch that can be utilized in certain situations, whether your opponent is southpaw, orthodox, has one arm, one leg, whatever it doesn't matter.
