To the anatomy experts in this section, what would you guys recommend after diagnosis of this phenomenon. After seeing doctor and urgent care, I was simply told to rest and go easy on the work out.
I know there's no one answer, but was hoping more inside info. would lead me in the right direction. So far, I've been using a foam roller on my right leg/thigh and stretching it real good so that rests in between occurrences become shorter. But not much I else. Cortisone shots? I'm highly hoping that's not the answer. |

Much appreciated, scrap.
I don't get audio at work.. does the vid. mention how often the treatment has to be applied? Pre, post workout? Or just throughout the day? |

That #8 stretch feels awesome.
I went through the rest of your channel and found a couple of interesting drills. I'll be adding them to my arsenal for the next following weeks. |
