Larry Holmes is truly a terrible commentator…..perhaps, one of the worst I ever saw (Thank you Emmanuel).

On second Viloria knockdown of Marquez: "You see what I'm talking about?!?! SEE!!!! When I talk you guys need to listen to me now!! I KNOW THIS GAME!! I KNOW THIS GAME!! I'm calling the shots from now on"!!!!

Holmes has always been a prick. Doesn't take away from his achievements as a fighter but I agree with the consensus that he needs to be kept off TV.

What I always found amusing (more so because stupid people actually believed it) was when Holmes said he took it easy on Ali in their fight when in reality he gave it everything he had but still couldn't drop a parkinsons riddled shot to high shit Ali.

It's hilarious that he fought in a pretty dreadful era in boxing, has an incredibly weak win list and best win is a well past prime ken norton. Kind of embarrassing that he constantly gets ranked as the 3rd best heavyweight and almost a shoe in for a top 10.

He ruined the fight for me. All he kept saying was "listen to me. You guys gotta listen to me i know" but he wasn't saying anything, just that.

The worst I have ever seen and I pray I never have to suffer that again.
