Who is the #1 Contender? Is the outcome already determined, or will this one unfold before our eyes?? Martin Kampmann has kicks, hands, a solid base and will smash your face in from the clinch. In his last fight we saw him comeback to win after being dropped and bloodied. Many experts think Johnny Hendricks is too one dimensional, but I like his chances. I'm not so sure Kampmann will be able to slow the pace and do his thing. Johny Hendricks won't go away quietly, and has never been stopped in his career. It's hard making a solid pick with the exposure The UFC gives these undercard fighters , but my heart is with Hendricks. FOTY honors in this one, who you got

You can pretty much guarantee that Kampmann will get hurt at least once in all of his fights. |

Very true. He is such a good all rounder that he could win in so many ways but because he isn't really a stand out specialist in any area only he knows how he will approach the fight.

Leaning toward Hendricks on this one based on his wrestling and power but Kampmann could very well put on a clinic and outstrike him all night long.
