Default Bute after Froch-Mack: The Rematch is a certainty!

"He looked more confident and more strong than ever.Physically and mentally strong, you can see that he's grown from fight to fight. He makes mistakes to, but if you stay and trade with him he is hard to beat.
The Rematch is a certainty. It will be either in March or the summer of next year. Depends on the negotiations, depends on the IBF and the mandatory.
Froch hold's the Ace's , he affords to make some statements now. He however talked big before to. Of one thing I'm certain, I can beat him, using my strengths, speed, technique and intelligence."
Bute leaves tomorrow for a mini training camp in Miami.

That's pretty significant. Also considering the level of competetion in those fights, and that he only has 30 fights...

bute really does think he has speed...

be interesting to see how he deals with froch closing the distance and throwing his flurries.

Bute earned a lot of respect from me for being willing to travel to the UK to fight Froch(unlike some I could mention) and also in the way he conducted himself in defeat.

However, a rematch in Canada might earn Bute a shedload of cash, and Bute may feel confident now, but as soon as the bell goes and Froch starts whacking him again he'll fall apart just like last time.

I bet Bute does not invite Froch as he did at 1:08 in the video from there it was just a matter of time.

Pretty standard actually. Loads of fighters in the past have done this.

Bute was throwing BUTEiful shots just prior to his miss and eating that short counter R hand.
At 2:33 Froch lands a monstrous R hand followed by an equally monsterous L hook. Bute of course was already on rubbery legs, but he actually shoulda been KTFO from those shots.

Im hoping beyond all hope that the mention of the "WHEN" the fight was going down, was in essense, Bute giving Carl an out.
A sortof....."we got your money here in Canada, but if you want, we'll let you go somewhere else and we'll get Pascal or Cloud or BHOP."

When I first read that I was thinking it was a million miles of and who bute would fight to stay 'active' inbetween,, cant believe theres only 6 weeks of the year left....anyway back to topic fair play to bute for really going after the rematch, after he got destroyed the way he did a lot of lesser men would of stayed well away,, I donít believe its all for the money (I may be wrong) but I thought he had a good following In his own right and selling out arenas fightin the likes of magee so im sure hes not short of a penny or two

Yep,Fair play for taking a rematch that was contractually agreed only on the proviso that if Froch lost the first fight heavily, there would be no rematch.

He really should get a Knightship or something.
