I'd go Hilton via late stoppage. Hilton was a tough, tough guy and it would be advantageous that he wouldn't have to go looking for Moore. Moore reminds me of Cintron (not stylistically), due to the great athletic abillity which wasn't backed up with great technique.

Moore was alot tougher than Cintron. He was quicker as well.

Davey had good boxing ability in addition to power, so after a competitive five rounds, Davey uses these to take over and stop Matthew in the ninth round.
