The CSAC banned Margarito for 2 yrs yet all that was ever found in Margarito s wraps was a harmless old gauze pad. When asked to produce the " loaded wraps" surprise surprise The CSAC rep stuttered " Err Err we have mislaid them we dont know where they are " Started to stink aint it???

There's no fucking way that Margarito won that fight. Anybody who says so is biased or brain dead. Based on the second paragraph of your post, it's clear that you're both. The fight was close, but each round had a clear winner, so it was easy to score. Williams won the first six and the twelfth.
