EDIT I won't be, Nelson-Jones is the fight you least want to see ever, Nelson is sleeping in his dressing room (literally), wakes up goes to the ring and it seems like he's sleeping for about 9-10 rounds against a very ordinary Jones, he must throw about 2 punches a round tops, then wins the championship rounds and somehow gets a decision. He was getting on a bit by then

It's not shit it's typical Nelson. Anyway, it's essentialviewing of a current titlist and P4P oddity and shows you what Nelson was capable of

Jones outworked Nelson and it was a horrid decision. An odd fight but interesting enough for completists IMO. Also because it's funny yoder Adam Smith basically saying Nelson is shit and now they're bum buddies.

i think the rock wins very UD but Nelson was tough and elusive should see it out. I got a lot of respect for Nelson, he was on the journeyman path but worked hard without natural ability or instinct and became a world champion, fair pay to him, i forgive his autocue mishaps and his "who wants it more" cliches as i respect the guy

it all depends on what nelson shows up the negative nelson could possibly get thrown out for holding at some point a top level nelson gets beat by wide decision or stopped my bet may be stopped and certainly stopped if the fight is over 15 rounds

The guy nelson truly lost to when he was stopped, he was an interesting case of stop or get stopped.

I certainly can't see him having more power than rocky and rocky would throw punches in bunches. Eventually a shot would get through.

Rocky by stoppage around 9 rounds. Potentially after losing the first 3 rounds or so.

Nelson was good, but Marciano is a 'great' for many.

Nelson might be able to run and drop a 10/12 round decision fighting under 21st Century rules, but in the 1950's, Marciano would of ground him down, busted him up and won inside 10.
