You said gaining weight makes you slower. It doesn't and you clearly don't really no what your are talking about.
Gaining 10 pounds of muscle in the right places will only make Marquez faster and stronger, the only potential draw back will be that the increased mass will affect his stamina. |

Fuck yes I would, but those suspicions would be allayed if he explained that he was reducing bodyfat and increasing muscle mass in an attempt to make his current bodyweight absolutely perfect in his eyes, and that this involved eating perfectly and training five hours a day six days a week. I would go "oh yeah, right, well, that's cool" and felt a bit unmanned and bought venison stu to feel more manly and leave.
