Sorry for making a troll thread (title) its in jest of course but I do think Hatton loses this fight.
Senchenko to win via stoppage between 7-9 is 17/1. Before the channel 5 documentary, this fight was impossible to call... Impossible because we hadent seen any footage of Hatton sparring, or training (just brief clips) However, after watching Hatton mumbling his way through the documentary with a weird 'dead' look in his eyes I'm now fully leaning towards Senchenko. I never read much into pad work, but after seeing Senchenko snapping his jab & comparing it to Hatton's laboured work earlier in the show. It's made more convinced. I'm in no way rating Senchenko either. I think he is average. This isn't about Senchenko being good, it's about Hatton being shot to pieces. I hope I'm wrong though. Whys that malignaggi boxed better than i have ever seen him and he isnt shot to bits either..
What is the point in this comeback he hasnt got the minerals to beat Mayweather or Pac.. Having a three year lay off taking drugs and drinking isnt going to boost your punch resistance.. Hatton is damaged goods i hope he proves me wrong.. |

![]() Styles make fights. Senchenko is a strait up and down euro fighter with dodgy footwork. Taylor made for someone like Paulie. Agree, this version of Malignaggi at 147 (along with his new trainer) is totally rejuvenated, the best he's been in years. |

Definately Malignaggi always lacks abit of pop but he makes up for it with ring craft.. I have always thought Hatton hasnt been the force he is at welterweight he was lucky to get through the Collazo fight that was proper squeaky bum time he shipped some heavy blows that night..

Only because he couldn't see punches coming because his eye closed up. The way people mention this you'd think Paulie starched him with one shot or something.
Try watching the fight rather than just reading the boxrec. |

I doubt it. Having the last thing on your Boxrec record like a KO by 2 loss from Pacquiao won't set right with guys like Hatton. He's a warrior.

I don't like Hatton but the thread title is poor.
I've backed Senckenko at just over 3/1 for this fight. I might even try the 1st round stoppage at around 50/1, wouldn't surprise me at all if Hatton's punch resistance is totally gone. Didn't he get banjoed by some boy at the fruity a couple of years ago? p.s what are Hatton's shorts and where can I see them? |
