Although I do believe Broner is the top Lightweight in the world, to say he's top 5 p4p?

Other than Floyd, Pac, Ward, and Donaire, I don't think there's any other fighter in the sport as good as Broner.

Broner is a better fighter than 37 yr old Martinez.

So yes, Broner is top 5 P4P.
