Default Was Fan Man really acting alone?

Was there any evidence to suggest Holyfield had paid the guy to interrupt the match? Or did Bowe set it up only to have it backfire against him?

Oh I'm sure that somewhere over on the grassy knoll there was an accomplice of his.

If Holyfield did pay fan man it backfired because he was on the verge of knocking Bowe out!!

Most irrational conspiracy theories with no basis whatsoever in reality, are usually proven to be true in the end...What I am saying is yes, you are likely right and have convinced me for starters. I will never be able to look at either guy with respect ever again, and plan on burning my trilogy DVD shortly after lunch!

Fan Man has been thoroughly tied to the Illuminati already. I can't believe you were unaware of that.

On a side not, was there any interviews with either Bowe or Holyfield, speaking about their disapointment his disruption caused to the fight? Or their own general thoughts on that night in 1993?

Perhaps it was a Brit parachuting in with a contract for bowe to sign to fight Lennox Lewis as Maloney thought bowe would win and it was the only way to get the contract past rock Newman

The guy who beat him with a flashlight was definitely not in on it.

The Fan Man incident was actually a ploy by Mike Tyson in an attempt to discredit the heavyweight division and kill his two main rivals. Tysons cell mate at the time was David "The Pfleugerville Fucker" Fuqua who knew Fan Man (real name James Miller) an amateur parachutist and full time fan repairman (hence the 'Fan' man moniker). It was Millers job to use his combined aeronautical/mechanical skills to guide himself into the ring by jumping from a nearby building. Upon his reaching.the ring Fan Man was to shoot Riddick Bowe and stab Holyfield before setting himself aflame with a broken bic lighter that would hide his escape (which is why he wore a ridiculous and fireproof getup). Tyson had plausible deniablity, being in prison and all, so that upon his return his two great rivals would be injured. There plans were uncovered by Dave "El Culo" Diaz, who set up a giant fan that blew Fan Man off course causing him to get stuck in the ropes and unable to use his weapons. Diaz (Bowes aide de camp) can be seen beating Fan Man with a uranium laced flashlight which killed the young Man days later. In Millers house was.discovered several communiques with Fuqua revealing the plan and a collection of ears (Miller had an ear fetish and several dozen copies of Sounds Sexy the ear based pornographic magazine). Tyson swore revenge and while Bowe retired rather than face him Holyfield stepped up and one a shocking upset in which he taunted Mike with cries of "Ain't no fans can hear you." This continued in the rematch during which, upon realizing he could not win, Tyson decided to complete Millers collection and retrieve one last ear for a fan he never knew.

That's all I know about Fan Man.

Fan man had a sad life. He flew his paraglider at a lot of sports events, Holyfield vs Bowe was just the most famous. When he crashed, security beat him bad enough to put him in the hospital.

Later on in life he developed a bad heart condition. He moved to Alaska and racked up a lot of medical bills. Finally one day he walked out into the woods and hung himself.
