History proves that calling someone's bluff, doesn't mean that the other fight will come to the table. Manny did this with Floyd and we all saw how that went. JMM is not Floyd but just becuase JMM agrees to the random tests, doesn't mean it will prove that he's clean, nor will it prove that Manny is clean. They should just fight. Leave the excuses and talking to the boxers who need a reason not to fight. Pac and JMM fight everyone.
