opposite stance tips?

As a southpaw I know there is a lot of principles and strategies. What do yous do when fighting someone in a opposite stance? Whether orth_southpaw and vice versa I'm looking for anyy specific concepts/positioning. Thank you

I'm not sure what you're specifically looking for. There's just too many ways to approach opposite handed sparring partners. Maybe we can comment on certain scenarios, but let us know more details of what kind of situation you're tying to focus on so you don't get the obvious, generic answers.

that isn't true, or, it shouldn't be true, and this is the same for an orthodox fighter moving into the southpaw left.
First off, you essentially take their hook out of play. Not only are you moving away from it, but it is behind your shoulder. So, second, you know that they are now going to be throwing that straight right (or left) hand. You know that because you are making it easy for them to do what they want to do in the first place. If you are boxing and equating that with a bad thing, then you are not at all understanding what is going on around you.
So you know the opponent is going to throw a power punch at you, you know it is coming. How do you get hit with that? That is far from a bad thing; it is a golden opportunity.

Just got back on here but for more detailed situations I was just trying to touch on hand position,feet position,and anything else.

Ex my trainer says to have a good jab against orth your foot should be on the inside? But I always heard otherwise.

Also people say your lead hand should be on outside and some say inside?

Anyone touch on hand position and feet position to what you want to do?
And if anyone has anything else to throw in go ahead
