Kell Brook has yet to beat anybody of merit. 29 wins and 15 of them are against people with losing records as opposed to 5 for Devon.

Not to mention Devon has wins over Maidana, Bailey, Witter, and Urango (too questionable about Kotelnyk and Matthysse) Plus a tough fight with Bradley. Who has Brook even fought? Matt Hatton? it's a joke.

That being said I haven't seen Brook fight so maybe he's the real deal but I don't think he beats Devon.

Carson Jones aint that bad.

Zab Judah nearly has a record just as bad.

And Carson wanted to do a Prescott and come to the UK and get the victory, so he brought his B game, and still lost, to Kell Brook, who didnt have a conditioner or something.

This is Brook's moment, Alexander going to land a few jabs, while Kell Brook is going try turn it into a war (im hoping)

Brook TKO 10 (wishful thinking)

What the ****. Looks like a body builder.

Will have little to do with the outcome of the fight of course, but he's definitely never been in better shape.

I Could see him fade down the stretch, especially if he tries to match Alexander's workrate, which he will have to if he's serious about winning, as I don't see him having the power to knock Alexander out. He seems a little one dimensional to me, and I don't see him being able to change to another gameplan if what he's doing initially isn't effective.

I think Alexander will outwork and out-think Brook to a decision win.
Kell will not fade as Alexander will not the the pressure on like Jones did

Alexander did get a lucky Victory against Matthysse! The knock down scored by Mattyhsse should have made the differenc in this fight!
Brook will not get a victory on the cards! So he has to knock Alexander out or make it very very clear!

If Brook wins, which is possible, the boards will go nuts about another tremendous victory over the American great, therefore vaulting Brook to ATG status. You can bet on that.
If Brook beats Alexander i wont be hailing it as something great it will be as i expected as Alexander is not as great as some think

Americans only throw out the hypejob label to discredit fighters they don't like - Calzaghe v Lacy is a perfect example.

If you want hypejobs, look no further than:

Chad Dawson
Kelly Pavlik
Danny Jacobs
Devon Alexander
James Kirkland
Andre Dirrell

All of these guys were made out to be something special, when none of them are. Each time they've stepped up their competition, they've been found out. I bet you are or were fans of these fighters at some point

The whole 'hypejob' label is used as a defence by Americans when people say they're not as good as they think they are. They say oh that guy was a hypejob anyway, '[insert name here] is the real deal, they should fight him'

Once Brook executes Alexander in Devon's backyard, the hypejob term will get thrown around a lot more, I'll look out for your posts after that fight Jeff
spot on mate its the americans who`ll be saying that Devon wasnt what he so called seemed to be beforehand which we are trying to point out to them right now.

Plus youve got two american boxers with first hand experience with kell, Carson Jones and Demarcus Corley both saying that Brook will win
