And what did it say in May?
I'm quite glad people are getting behind Bute again.Much as I find the idea of a Bute victory implausible given what we've seen so far, it would be a much more boring place without the possibility of one group of fans getting one over on the other.I feared it would be boring once the first fight was announced because whoever won, things would never be quite the same. I still don't see any other reason than fan loyalty to predict an emphatic victory for Bute. Or is DeceBal going to have another "Poirot" moment and act like he's caught onto something that no one else has figured out?

Pretty much. One punch can change the course of a bout. If that punch doesn't happen they maybe we have a different outcome. Bute admitted it took him a while to get his confidence level up. Stepping in against Froch is simply not the next test of that if he looks at it logically. I know boxers that have been on top are loathe to do it but a quick series of smaller live fire fights is exactly what he needs.

I have been called much worse, but if you're suggesting I'm being deceitful and disingenuous with some posters who I like and have a great deal of respect for,I'd much prefer if you backed it up with some evidence. If you're not implying that I'm anything other than exactly how I am with the posters in question, then I would suggest that no explanation is necessary, because you have no basis for questioning my character and quite frankly,I couldn't care less as long as said posters take me the way they should. |

![]() Honestly I believe Bute fought stupid in the first fight. Staying on ropes and exchanged some lead with Froch which was fatal mistake. I just think Bute tries to move more and use his jab, fuk I dont know. I am not taking anything away from Froch from their first fight. that was a demolition job. And the Ko, Froch will get caught by massive upper cut the body in late rounds and goind down. This Saga between Froch and Bute could be known in history books as Via Dolorosa for Lucian. Time will tell

Head says Froch, heart says Bute, gut says Froch. Personally I think it's pretty unfortunate Bute got left out lf the super six, cause the other fighters gained a lot from the competition while his progression was stagnant. Also, IMO his trainers are amateurs. He should have left them a long time ago. Now he pretty much is what he is.
