i don't get hunters decision to train khan when he has karim mayfield and dallas jr

wouldn't there be a conflict of interest training 3 140lb fighters, i'd have thought hunter would have stuck with what he had rather then adding a new fighter. i guess asif vali enticed him with allot of $$$$

TBH from what i saw of Mayfield he's nothing special, Dallas Jnr sounds okay but not unbelievable. Plus Khan brings $$$$ to Hunter's bank account and plus the man wants to inflate his ego futher and enhance his CV by developing Khan in a way Roach couldn't.

Pretty much... I think Mayfield has potential though, he's flawed but really, really explosive. Shame he started boxing so late.

the press are talking mayfield up, he seems pretty slick and has solid foundations from what i'v seen, and dallas is improving.

Tends to load up on his right hand for me, As you say a late start hasn't helped him. Decent enough but i don't see a major player unless a division becomes a wasteland.

I can't vouch for Dallas only going on article's but Mayfield for me is a bit crude when he looks constantly for a right hand and seems the Herrera fight isn't only time he's fought like that. Bit stiff as well think due to other sports in his development.

Seriously though, apart from the money and fame that a guy like Khan brings, which trainer in his right mind wouldn't want to work with a guy like Khan?, love him or hate him there's no denying he has some serious physical attributes and natural talent to go along with his flaws. I bet every major trainer in the world would love to have a crack at "improving" him.

Hunter was at Anthens Olympics in 2004 and he watched few of Khan's fights live, and says he been keeping an eye on him since.

He calls Khan the young Leopard, who needs taming.

world class training drills etc etc

and yes hunter is training khan for the dollar just like roach did

Khan a young Leopard?!? I don't see the comparison, for starters a Leopard is clearly more intelligent than Khan will ever be, If Khan was an animal he would be a turkey, he certainly fights like one.
