What happened to Pacquiao-Margarito @ 150 which Margarito had a 17 pounds advantage? It will be like that but it would now be easier because Rios is smaller than Margarito.

I would prefer Rios to attempt to rule at 140 than be pushed up again because Top Rank are lacking an opponent for Pacquiao.

Good fight to watch, not a good competition but at least he fights twice a year. His fight this weekend is legit 50/50 fight, Rios may not be much of a risk but can't fault him for that.
