Default Demanding Mayweather-pacquiao? What About manny's Brutal Loss?

Judah - coming off a loss but it was a competitive decision
Baldomir - coming off the best win of his career
ODLH - professionally KTFO Mayorga
Hatton - okay win by bodyshot stopping Castillo
JMM - okay win stopped Diaz in a brawl
Mosley - came off an incredible win, upset
Ortiz - coming off the best victory of his career
Cotto - coming off a symbolic win against margarito

*pacquiao - coming off a lost. not just any lost, but he was brutally knocked out cold. falling face down cold ala Martinez-Williams II is a rarity in boxing

Serious question for all of you still demanding this fight, or is the lack of enthusiasm a sign showing it's officially dead?

Everyone wants to see it, especially since it would allow these sites to be log-onable again. I'd probably have Mayweather winning by decision, but that picture in my head with Pacquiao laying into an unfarmilliarly broken up Mayweather would make it an exciting one regardless. Hopefully Pacquiao can just give up his pride, take whatever awful offer Mayweather will offer him, and try to end his career on the highest note of all time. Regardless of whether he wins loses, I think we could see the two shaking hands and putting an end to one of the greatest boxing rivalries of all time.

People on these sites will always be deterred because you have to face the talks, bullshit and rumors every single day. In general, the majority of the fans still want to see the fight. Pacquiao would still be the best fight Mayweather has ever had and his toughest test. I don't feel this loss marrs anything about it and it would be a tremendous achievement for boxing to be able to get it on.

The fight's been dead in the water since Pacquiao decided he didn't want it in 2009.
