Does anybody still incorperate Handball in their training.

Was wondering whether anybody still uses handball as part of their training regiment and why?

we play soccer sometimes for warmup, loosers are doing pushups and no fouls of course

Whoa, never seen these routines. I like to read more about these routines, they look interesting. Anybody know where more info can be gotten?

They are mine, been doing these years. If you go on Youtube Scrap95 theres a few of the older ones Ive put up, I use it as a sorting House
