A few that I know of are Mike Weaver, Freddie Pendleton, Livingstone Bramble, Matthew Saad Muhammad.
Keith Mullings ended with a 16-8-1 career. Who else? |

Braddock was 44-23-4 when he upset Max Baer to win it all. Jimmy was no kind of journeyman when Loughran schooled him in Tommy's final LHW defense, certainly not at 30-3-3 with recent wins over Slattery, Griffiths and Latzo in the previous ten months, but what happened between the shots at Loughran and Maxie definitely dropped him into journeyman status. Guys like Bramble and Saad Muhammad diluted their records after their title reigns by hanging around too long, but Weaver and Pendleton certainly became titleholders with a journeyman's resume, like Braddock.

Two categories here ... those who had poor records when they won a title like a Weaver and those who fought way too long and accumulated losses post prime like Saad MUhammad ...
