Default When is it time for a break?

Lately I have been very lax in the gym, its like regardless of how hard I try I just don't feel as fast, strong, or as explosive as I usually do. I feel maybe I just need a mental and physical rest from boxing, but I also feel maybe just training through it will get me back on track.. I train year round and hardly miss a day outside of a vacation week, or injuries, bothurding which I still do what I can to stay fit and keep it on my mind. Within the past month or two I have had a shoulder injry(active rest, ran and trained with my other arm), had strep throat, tender/sore knuckles almost each time I hit the bag(which is unusual til recently for me) .. I am not sure if these things are contributing to feeling off while training or not. Anyway, I just wanted to get some opinions on this, should I take a couple weeks off for keep toughing it out? Anyone else experience this before?

It sounds like now would be a good time to take a break...

You aint black enough. Get a tan perhaps? All black people are fast, strong, athletic and explosive by default. I have watched UFC and paid attention.
