First off, this fight should have happened ages ago! Secondly, when is Gamboa going to fight anyone worth noting? This guy used to be one of my favorite fighters, but now is just really a big...

Think about this fight in MSG/Barclay Center, Miami Florida, or in Puerto Rico.
Gamboa waving the Cuban flag and throwing down teh Puerto Rican flag, getting all the people juiced up.

Maybe cut a side deal with Arum to have the Salido v. Valez fight on the undercard,
Maybe a Billy Dibb v. Broner card as the main event, to setup Broner fighting the winner of the Gamboa/JuanMa fight at 135.

Throw in a ****ing Andre Dirrell fight vs. a solid 168 name, maybe someone like Pavlik. Monster card.

Do you even think when you type? Broner on a TR card? As of right now 50 looks to be working in conjunction with TR and not with GBP after he burned that bridge. Keep on with your fantasy though.

if they shoudnt fight right away its just for the sake of Juanma, he's coming from 2 big loses by KO.Long layoff, rusted and with all the deficiencies he carries on his game. His footwork and defense are still below average and going after Gamboa will put him of the verge of another KO and that will plunge his stocks even lower.
i think the biggest statement he can make its taking Farenas and winning by big KO...only problem is if Farenas lands first.
