He followed the cowboys around in the 90's and wrote some soap opera crap about them that sold alot.

The show was called cold pizza at first and was pretty boring. Then he started hating on Lebron everyday which made people notice him and he just got more trollish until finally his ratings exploded and the show was developed completely around him.

Its alot like what makes Rush Limbaugh and Bill O Reilly popular. Just troll on tv and people will watch
