Drug test results of Pacquiao-Marquez fight to be released

LAS VEGAS -- The Nevada State Athletic Commission (NSAC) is set to release within the week the results of the urine test taken before the decisive fight between 8-division world champion Manny “Pacman” Pacquiao and 4-division champion Juan Manuel “Dinamita” Marquez last December 9.

NSAC executive director Keith Kizer said the tests aim to determine if the fighters used performance-enhancing drugs like anabolic steroids, masking agents, and even marijuana.

The issue on performance-enhancing drug use is once again hounding Marquez following his one-punch knockout victory over Pacquiao.

Earlier, Pacman’s coach Freddy Roach questioned Marquez’s extreme muscle built while maintaining his weight.

As a fan of Manny's, I'm not hoping for a test result. I'm just hoping Manny will be okay, and that something like that never happens to him again. it was uncomfortable to see. For a few seconds, I thought he was dead or seriously hurt.

I mean, I don't like Floyd or Bradley much, but I'd never want to see them get KO'd like what happened to Manny. I don't wish that kind of thing on anyone.
