PPV related. Mayweather vs DLH or JMM vs MP 5?

Biggest money fight in the history of humanity was Floyd vs Oscar and only the hardcore boxing people appreciated their 12 round fight.

It is now 2013. PAC vs JMM 1 and 2 are classics to the hardcore. PAC vs JMM 3 introduced Marquez and his greatness to the casual fan.

PAC vs JMM 4 announced to the casual boxing fan that Marquez is a bad ass.

That being said, should PAC vs JMM 5 break the current PPV record held by Floyd and Oscar? Or is actually boxing irrelevant and Floyd and Oscar destined to be the PPV goats because the female interest and homosexual boxing fans secured their PPV record?

Floyd-Cotto got 1.5m PPV buys

JMM-Pac 4 got 1.15m PPV buys.

I'm estimating around 1.6-1.7 PPV buys.
