Arce is so shot beyond recognition that no amount of PEDs would make any significant difference here

PEDs can help a fighter but they dont make miracles.

Is Donaire from the Phillipines? I know he's Filipino, but is he viewed as a big Filipino icon? It's somewhat like a Puerto Rican that's not from the island such as Danny Garcia, or Cintron, or Collazo, or a Mexican from the states like Ortiz, Guerrero, and Rios. Put it like this, I don't think Puerto Rico really would care much if Garcia lost, or I don't think Mexico cares when Ortiz lost. Would the Phillipines be any different for a Donaire loss?
