Sherk walks around at about 180.Thats a whopping amount of weight for a guy so short.But his been doing this since he was 7.

Is everyone on ESB just fat guys eating cheeseburgers sitting in front of their computer. Loads of guys have low body fat and good metabolisms. Loads of guys train a little and look amazing. Majority of people who train like Sean will come out looking impressive. Sean is just of the Jones, Lacy, Pac mould where they are cut, packing heat etc

We have to maintain innocent until proven guilty.

I doubt Sean could suddenly make his workout up, he clearly trains very hard.

Did anyone see what's his name get him in a headlock early. Credit to Sean for withstanding that. His face was going really red but his neck is fucking huge and he toughed it out.

exactly, it really isn't that hard especially when you are training for a combat sport.

You can begin to catabolise if your calorie intake is too low.In sherks case thats hardly applicable as he walks around at 170-180.

I hihgly doubt he's on juice, when im in my best shape, it takes hard work, but doesnt take over my life like Sherk. I can get shredded in about 6 weeks from any given time when im out of shape/season. The way he trains and eats from that video, fucking right you are going to be cut up.

At no point in my post did i ever say i was out of shape in terms of the average man, if i did say that i didnt mean it. Im always in shape, what i meant is at any given time i have a good physiqu(i.e when out of seasonal training), but in six weeks i can shred it. SIR

It doesn't suprise me who will take steroids. However steroids doesn't necessarily mean you look the shit. You still have to work.

Just an FYI... the headlock was crap. He had an arm and a neck. Franca wouldn't have choked sherk with that. Its really hard to choke anyone when you have an arm. Its possible, but its really hard. Someone Sherk's size, on the other hand, could probably pull that off just because he's monstrous.
