This is really wonderful stuff Virgil is doing here with Angulo. This mitt work works well for the context that Angulo can only fight out of. And it works on his endurance and reaction time. Angulo is naturally a heavy hitter, one he learns how to be more reactive, and punch reflexively, and not so much haymaker mode - he will improve. I just like what I see. |

Perrro. Im usually not a fan of his style but Im a biiiig ****ing fan of Angulo. Cant wait to see what 2013 has in store for him

The guy. In the corner watching with the LAPD hat on....are they even in LA? And he sure doesn't appear to be one. Good to see Angulo doing this. I know it's fundamentals, but I wonder how much of this or was he ever doing this type of mitt work?
