I think Broner wins a razor close and perhaps controversial points victory. Abril is a far tougher fight stylistically than DeMarco

Broner will win,but he'll look nowhere near as good as he did against DeMarco.
And that's not a slant on Broner at all. |

What a shitty fight to take, the last thing Broner needs is this douche bag to kill his momentum, Broner wins but it will be a stinker.

I think Abril will make things tough for Broner but I expect Broner to outpoint Abril...Abril is a tough guy to try to look good against because of his movement and ring savy!
I expect a tough guy from both guys but Abril falling short. Could be wrong though because Abril is a solid fighter with a nice pedigree. |

Broner wins but doesn't look great doing it....unlike Rios he'll actually deserve the win though and won't need corrupt judges to award him 6 rounds he didn't come close to winning. Broner by UD 8-4 type shit.
Unlike a lot of you I'm not holding Abrils style against him, he does the best he can with the tools he has and he's an expert with what he has. He knows who he is as a fighter, I respect the fuck outa guys like him and Carlos Molina who are weaker physically in nearly every area vs most good opponents yet they use ring smarts and whatever they have in their little arsenal to beat more gifted athletes. Abril deserves this fight. He got shafted in the Rios fight winning 11 of 12 rounds and losing the worst robbery I've ever seen. I'm glad they're giving Abril a chance and it shows the confidence they have in Broner to throw him in against the ultimate spoiler. I'm happy about this fight even though it mioght not be the best to watch, what's fair is fair |

Abril probably stops him! Broner has terrible footwork and got the gift of a lifetime against V De Leon so Abril knows he has to stop him to win!

Nobody looks good against Abril, the guy couples a lot of talent with a horrible style. He's a hard night for anyone but I expect Broner to win a close decision.
If Broner puts Abril away in style that will really prove something. |
