Round 4
Joyce is jabbing his way in and dropping rights on the face of Hrgovic. Joyce is bringing it to him, pushing him across the ring. Hrgovic looks tired and is throwing arm punches, flailing his right limply over the top. Jooyce's accuracy is increasing, and he's affecting Hrgovic with his punches. Could be a KO coming! Left hooks to the body by Joyce. Hooking exchange. Desperate lunges by Hrgovic. Joyce keeps the jab on him. Hrgovic is on the ropes. Hrgovic lurches forward with a right hand and Joyce slips it twisting away. Uppercut by Joyce. More jabs. Hrgovic is carrying his arms very low and breathing through his mouth. Body shots by Joyce pinning Hrgovic to the ropes. Big swooping uppercuts, slow but effective. Hrgovic keeps lunging and missing with his right. Head-snapping jabs by Joyce. Hrgovic backs off and throws a weak hook-2 combo to the forearms. 10-9 Joyce 38-38 |

Round 5
Hrgovic is running and jabbing. Blind overhand rights by Hrgovic, tucking his chin and charging in. Joyce keeps the straight disciplined jab on point and puts in some rights behind it. Much better footwork by Joyce, whose stamina seems on a different level. Hrgovic is barely throwing in the 5th and still appears exhausted after every combo he tries requiring several moments to regroup. Joyce keeps his arms up and swivels as Hrgovic wings big corkscrew shots at him with both hands from outside. Joyce slips most and rolls with one grazing right to the jaw. Jabs to the face by Joyce. Hrgovic taps him on the top of the crown with another right. 10-9 Joyce 48-47 Joyce |

Joyce thanks everyone, the fans and the Lionhearts. The interview is cut a bit short due to technical issues with the microphone.

I don't think he'd beat Anthony Joshua, Joshua has a high work rate and also better technique.
Joe could be good in a few years. I think Joe Joyce/Anthony Joshua/Dillian Whyte will be an interesting mix of fighters in the pro game in a few years. |
