Alright, these next two are where the Lionhearts can avoid getting swept.

Usyk over Joyce (and thus a Ukraine victory for the day) is a foregone conclusion, but Selby and Ward should be able to hold the fort.

Ilnytskyy is poor, and Solonenko is 0-2 in WSB. (but 1-0 as a pro...)

sad when skilled fighter doesnt have power, but its also quite often: whitaker, molina, vazquez etc..

Yeah but Hrgovic is very good, whereas Usyk is great.

Round 1

Ilnytskyy is tossing high meandering jabs out of a turtle shell. The taller Selby circles smoothly and swipes down with short bursts. Ilnytskyy keeps reaching upward with the jab and getting countered with twos and threes. Longer combos by Selby in the final minute, bending over at the waist and dropping in triplets to the midsection. BIG wide right hand by Ilnytskyy, and Selby leans back with a slick move to dodge it.

10-9 Selby

This is the best card of boxing of the year so far. Some tremendous fighters on display who really deserve to be exposed to a bigger audience. This will certainly aid their develop though.

but about 3 inches shorter and 30+ lbs lighter and Joyce is a combination punching volume puncher. It wont be easy.

Ilnytskyy is winging in haymakers with the right and swarming Selby. Slick dodging by Selby, dancing circles around Ilnytskyy. Annoyed, Ilnytskyy grabs him and hip tosses him to the canvas. Ilnytskyy pours it on and catches Selby with several hard shots uncorked to the face. Selby is trapped in a corner, getting pasted! Selby shows he isn't hurt by putting both hands behind his back and sidestepping from the ropes with his chin jutting out!

Idiotic, even if Ilnytskyy is feather fisted. Body shots by Ilnytskyy as Selby dances around tossing pot shot counters, including a stunning left hook. Long reaching right to the body by Ilnytskyy.

10-9 Selby, though I almost said fuck him and gave it to Ilnytskyy.

20-18 Selby

Judges 1 & 3 gave it 10-9 to Selby and have it 20-18 to Selby.

Judge 2 gave it 10-9 to Ilnytskyy and has it 19-19.
