Before this gets out of hand, let me say the following:
When it comes to punching, some people, for whatever reason, hit hard naturally....sometimes. Everybody, without instruction or training can hit murderously hard....sometimes. blind pigs find acorns; that's why you don't find a bunch of starved to death blind pigs lying around. So, sometimes, you get your weight turned, etc...and hit really hard. But if you want to improve your punching power, at all times, in all situations, then you need to learn how to punch properly. That is a matter of technique. Do it sequentially. If you are throwing a right handed punch, the weight goes onto the left foot, the hips turn, the shoulders turn, this drives the arm which propels the fist. The arm only carries the punch. My explanations may lack something in translation, but, in an hour, I could teach you to punch for real. |

i proffer to coach punch with speed you then get snap power as long as you've got the single punch technique right
to help with power simply do 50 good press ups before you get in bed every night good means back straight with legs,,, arms bent so triceps are level across back & nose is about 1 inch from floor this way costs you nothing and after 1 month you will notice the difference |
