I am putting on $5000, but why would I put it on with you at $2 to one, when I can get $3.25 at bet 365?

I am also certain that any supporter of Geale lacks the intelligence to hold down a job to be in a financial position to pay out, wso bet365 it is.

How about a suicide wager?

Loser commits suicide?

....(cause it is DEAD CERTAIN that choc wins)

u wouldnt have the speed to counter punch with me champ and you dont have the power to bust a grape, whats that leave you?

19 fights and you want to go in against a debut opponent? no suprize considering you did the same in your 12th fight, pretty farkn weak of you but even more sweeter when i wipe the canvas with your head.

I havent made any threats, ive just stated facts. You fought bums, padded your record and when you stepped up you got your ass handed to you. Couldnt even stop a guy who takes dives and think you could hold your own with me in a boxing ring? your deluded, i guess i may entertain the idea if Kimbo ducks me

Do I hear a StiffOnePromotions opportunity calling?

Shall I start another thread to work out the in's and outs of this card ala the "ESB NIGHT OF FIGHTS" thread?

I went looking the other week to bump that thread but it was deleted. Such an epic thread deleted for no reason

Judges are Charlie Lucas (Australia) Ray Reed (Australia) and Tony Maretta (Australia). IBF President Daryl Peoples will be the supervisor.

Credit to FN:

Interview with Graham Shaw

How is training for Geale’s January 30 IBF title defense against Mundine?

We started sparring three weeks ago and he is now boxing ten rounds in gym sessions. He is looking very sharp now. We had three sparring sessions with Sakio Bika who had to leave for a fight in the USA. We have Rob Medley and Trent Broadhurst who worked with Daniel for the Sebastian Sylvester fight. I am also having (WBA #9) Ben McCullouch who was sparring partner for Sturm fight. Robbie Bryant sparred Geale six rounds a few weeks ago. Daniel is looking very good with over three weeks to go.

What do you see as Mundine’s main skills?

He is very evasive and is always in good shape. He likes to set the pace and feints well but he has not been in the ring with the same calibre of fighters that Daniel has had. We are ready for Mundine even if he brings his best performance to the ring on January 30.

What are your thoughts on Mundine’s most recent win over former world champion Bronco McKart in Las Vegas in his only fight for 2012?

I was not impressed with Mundine’s win over McKart because he is not a impressive opponent. He is over 40 years of age and it was probably the American’s last hurrah.

Can we expect an improvement on the Daniel Geale who defeated Felix Sturm during 2012?

Yes. There will be a big improvement I am sure but I cannot give to much away. He knows now he is up there with the elite after the Sylvester and Sturm wins. He is getting physically stronger also

Felix Sturm will clash with Sam “King” Soliman in Germany on February 1st for IBF mandatory. Can Soliman beat Sturm?

Geale has defeated Sturm and will beat Sam if they fight. Soliman can win that fight against Sturm. Felix Sturm would not have boxed anyone like Sam who is very awkward. I am sure they had a good look at him. Sturm is technically the better boxer but you cannot beat Soliman with just a left jab. Sam is busy and throws punches from all angles but I do favor Sturm to win. He is the younger man also. This is a must win fight for Sturm and it’s in his own backyard. This is probably Sam’s best payday but Sturm is looking for many more big paydays.

What are your thoughts on a Sergio Martinez vs. Daniel Geale IBF and WBC showdown in 2013?

We want Geale to fight the best middleweights and so does he. Geale can defeat Martinez but first we must beat Mundine and Martinez must beat Martin Murray in April. One fight at a time. Martinez is a red hot favorite over Murray but who knows? The Englishman boxed well against Sturm and could upset Martinez.

Your thoughts on Gennady Golovkin and his win over Geale in the amateur ranks over ten years ago?

We would be happy to fight Golovikin. There is a lot of talk about him but I think he is made for Daniel Geale. He has power but Geale is much more skillful. We would not avoid him. Golovikin holds a points win in the amateur ranks over Geale but that was a long time ago. Golovikin boxed Jamie Pitman to a points decision. Pittman trains with me also. Geale and Pittman never mentioned Golovkin’s power. As a professional Golovikin has not boxed any name middleweights. We would welcome a fight with him. Geale has done much more than Golovkin as a professional.
