If he feels they need to both do random blood and urine testing to be on an even playing field he should request it. The article doesn't say it's mandatory, but if it IS mandatory in this situation there's something to think about. I highly doubt Rigo will deny it, but if he does and it's the reason the fight doesn't happen, you have to question why Donaire is only making it mandatory for him.

Let's just hope THIS is the final request and they fight.
