Robinson is the GOAT for a reason, he has no single quality that makes him the #1 fastest/strongest boxer ever, but pretty much cracks the top ten fighters with best power, defense, speed, footwork, chin, so yeha.

I'd say he has the greatest combination of power, speed and chin in boxing history. For all the charm and style he exudes, the guy was actually an animal in the ring who loved to bang far more than what some would have you believe. His foot speed and reflexes were on such a different level to most of his contemporaries that he could evade shots at a decent rate, but he really wasn't that concerned with what you had in your gloves to dish back at him. He's all but said he fought on 100% instinct: "You don't think. You stop to think and you're dead."

Roy would make Robinson look like Julio Gonzales.
Johnson started it, Ray was the heir, and we'll never see something like Prime Jones Jr, ever again. |

You're not allowed to say so, but I think RJJ wins, nobody can match his combination of speed and power. I also think p4p Ali would take a decision.
