Default 6 fights without a win...Should Matt Hicks be fighting Leapai?

Doesn't sound like a step up...

Hasn't won a fight since 2008.

No wins in his last 6 fights.

Only drew his last fight due to a knee injury.

This looks like a boxing tragedy in the making.

alex just had a hand operation. he is calling out everyone. he takes a fight to keep active. he's targeting tall opponents. the blokes recent record isnt impressive. but look at the records of the fighters he fought.

you cant compare any version of alex to 'de dog demori'.

do you dickheads get it?

I thought Alex last fight was a keep active fight given his hand operation, now it's two in a row...... setting a bad precedent.

This guy is ranked 500th thats 212 places lower than Xavier Tolliver when Mundine fought him and that was for charity. Is this an exhibition or for charity? If so this is o.k IMO.

Video from 5 years ago against Lou Savarese - about the best I could find >>>

[Only registered and activated users can see links. ]

Hicks had Savarese running for a couple of minutes with his round arm pub brawler style. But as soon as Savarese measured him up, it only took one punch.

Stopped in his past 6 fights - awful opponent.
